Hair Haven Return & Refund Policy

At Hair Haven, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we have the following return policy:

Returns

* Hair care products can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
* Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
* Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

* Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
* Share your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging.
* After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

* Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
